Monday Munchies! – Healthy Muffins

Who doesn’t love muffins? I was thinking about how important breakfast is to kick starting our metabolism, and I figured giving you a few muffin recipes would be great. The thing I like about muffins, is you can bake them on a Sunday, and then eat them for a few days after! Easy! Here are some great recipes courtesy of Better Homes and Gardens.
